La comunidad GDG Android Bolivia es una comunidad dirigida a desarrolladores, diseñadores, estudiantes, profesionales y toda persona interesada en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles o cualquier otro tipo de tecnología.
Al ser una comunidad bastante grande creemos que es necesario tener en cuenta nuestro código de conducta:
Compromiso de la comunidad
Nosotros como organización nos comprometemos a que nuestros miembros internos y todo participante externo de nuestras actividades se lleven una bonita experiencia donde se respete a los participantes, sin acoso, no tomar en cuenta la edad, discapacidad, étnia, experiencia, nacionalidad, apariencia física, raza, religión u orientación sexual.
Reglas de conducta
Ejemplos de comportamiento que contribuyen a crear un ambiente positivo:
Uso de lenguaje amable e inclusivo.
Respeto a diferentes puntos de vista y experiencias.
Aceptación de críticas constructivas.
Enfocarse en lo que es mejor para la comunidad y el evento.
Mostrar empatía a otros miembros que participan en todas nuestras actividades.
Ejemplos de comportamiento inaceptable por participantes, ponentes:
Uso de lenguaje o imágenes sexuales y atención sexual no deseada.
Comentarios insultantes o despectivos (trolling) y ataques personales o políticos.
Acoso público o privado.
Publicación de información privada de terceros sin su consentimiento, como direcciones físicas o electrónicas.
En el caso de ser ponente, una crítica con mala intención, menosprecio u agresión a otro profesional o ponente.
Hablar en un tono que pueda ser ofensivo para las personas que están alrededor tuyo y que puedan hacer sentir ofendido y/o incómodo.
Hacer burlas y/o comentarios que involucren al sexo, identidad y expresión de género, orientación sexual, discapacidad, apariencia física, tamaño corporal, raza, afiliación política o religión.
El Bullying venga de donde venga esto incluye al equipo organizador, disertantes y visitantes.
Temas polarizados que pueda hacer sentir incómodo a otras personas, por ejemplo hablar específicamente de algún partido político o religión.
Otros tipos de conducta que pudieran considerarse inapropiadas en un entorno profesional.
Nuestras responsabilidades
El equipo organizador es responsable de clarificar los estándares de comportamiento aceptable y se espera que tome medidas correctivas y apropiadas en respuesta a situaciones de conducta inaceptable.
Alcance
Éste código de conducta aplica a todas las actividades que lleva a cabo la comunidad, tanto Talks, Workshops, Meetups, eventos grandes, etc. en cualquier institución.
Reportar violaciones al código de conducta
El equipo de organización ha diseñado un mecanismo para poder ayudar a reportar algún hecho que rompa el código de conducta.
Si fuiste testigo de algún hecho de violación al código de conducta inmediatamente busca a algún miembro del equipo de organización o envía un correo electrónico a androidlapaz@gmail.com explicando tu situación.
El equipo de organización se guarda el derecho a tomar las debidas acciones ante el incumplimiento del código de conducta, estas acciones pueden ir desde hacerse a un lado de la comunidad inmediatamente y/o dependiendo de la gravedad del caso se dará aviso a las autoridades correspondientes en nuestro territorio.

The GDG Android Bolivia community it's a community for developers, designers, students, professionals and anyone interested in the development of mobile applications or any other type of technology.
Being a fairly large community we believe it's necessary to take into account our code of conduct:
Community engagement
We as an organization pledge that our internal members and all external participants of our activities will have a beautiful experience where the participants are respected, without harassment, not taking into account age, disability, ethnicity, experience, nationality, physical appearance, race, religion or sexual orientation.
Rules of conduct
Examples of behavior that contribute to creating an positive environment:
Use of friendly and inclusive language.
Respect for different points of view and experiences.
Acceptance of constructive criticism.
Focus on what is best for the community and the event.
Show empathy to other members who participate in all our activities.
Behavioral examples unacceptable by participants, speakers:
Use of sexual language or images and unwanted sexual attention.
Insulting or derogatory comments (trolling) and personal or political attacks.
Public or private harassment.
Publication of private information of third parties without your consent, such as physical or electronic addresses.
In the case of being a speaker, a criticism with bad intention, contempt or aggression against another professional or speaker.
Speak in a tone that may be offensive to people around you and that may make you feel offended and/or uncomfortable.
Making fun and / or comments that involve sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, political affiliation or religion.
Bullying, wherever this comes from, includes the organizing team, speakers and visitors.
Polarized issues that may make other people feel uncomfortable, such as talking specifically about a political party or religion.
Other types of behavior that may be considered inappropriate in a professional environment.
Our responsibilities
The organizing team is responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and is expected to take appropriate corrective action in response to unacceptable behavior situations.
